Kirby moves to consultancy role
Lexington has announced that chef director Rob Kirby will be moving to a consultancy role at the end of the year, to allow himself time to follow his lifelong dream to open a restaurant with his wife in Palma de Mallorca. He will continue consulting for Lexington and remain very much part of the business, supporting the food team to continue driving innovation and building strong partnerships.
Kirby has worked with Lexington for over 15 years and has been an invaluable member of the team. Together with Jon Lilley, group development chef for Lexington, he has built a strong food team, who have been driving innovation and change at both head office level and within client sites. Lilley will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the food team and he will continue to work with Kirby to develop the food strategy for Lexington.
